Last week I found myself traveling to New Zealand for work; why not take the bike? Here are photos of my S&S coupled Mercian in its case (loaned at last minute from Larry at Mt Airy Bicycles, Mt Airy, MD USA); after 20 hours of flying, reassembled at the Auckland airport and ready to roll; nothing like some "riding therapy" after a week of indoor work. The bike sustained some minor cosmetic damage (a top tube dent, some rim scratches, brake dust everywhere), but what fun to ride in a new and bicycle-friendly place.
